| Child Development Foundation was founded to: |
| 1. |
promote the general welfare of the special needs children of Montgomery
County, PA from birth to 21 years; |
| 2. |
develop a better understanding of the problems these special children
face every day and the challenges they present to their families; |
| 3. |
provide financial assistance to the organizations providing the
treatment, care, education, research, vocational training and employment
within Montgomery County, PA; |
| 4. |
raise funds through investments, donations, voluntary contributions and
solicitations through its members and the general public; |
| 5. |
and utilize the funds to administer and carry out these purposes. |
